Reserve Your Stay at Elpitiya Walauwa
Reservations can be made via telephone or e-mail with a 50% advance payment required at the time of booking. The rates below are valid from 01st July to 31st December 2025.
Bed & Breakfast Rates (in US $)
The following rates are for the Bed & Breakfast meal plan. All rates are excluding service charges.

An additional bed can be provided upon request for an extra US $10 per night (meals charged separately).

- Visit the Historical Ganegoda Devalaya & cross the Mahaweli River by ferry.
- Experience Bee Keeping and harvesting at the Walauwa.

Policies & Conditions
- Children below 6 years stay free of charge.
- Children between 7-12 years sharing a parent's room stay for free, with a 50% discount on meals.
- An extra bed for a child costs US $10.
- More than 7 days prior to arrival: No cancellation charges.
- Less than 7 days prior to arrival: A 100% charge will be applied based on the booked basis.
- Cancellations must be communicated via telephone call or by email to elpitiyawalauwahome@gmail.com.
- All rates are quoted in US $, are Nett, and non-commissionable.
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM & Check-out time: 10:30 AM.
- Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability.
- A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
- Rates may change if government taxes are revised.
